WElcome back UPSL head coach phil wank!

WELCOME BACK!! Coach Philipp Wank returns as Head Coach for our UPSL side. Philipp was born and raised in Dortmund, Germany. He possesses a UEFA B License and is currently a candidate for the UEFA A License, boasting over 20 years of coaching experience. Throughout his career, he has coached youth and men’s teams at the highest levels in Germany and has also served with the professional Greek club Olympiacos Piraeus prior to his tenure at Arlington Soccer Association. Under his leadership, the men’s team secured the UPSL regular season championship in Spring 2022 and achieved divisional playoff championships in Fall 2022, Spring 2023, and Fall 2023, resulting in three appearances at the national tournament. In addition to his accomplishments in soccer, Coach Philipp holds two law degrees and has spent over a decade as head of legal for an international company. We can’t wait to see Coach Phil on the field again soon!
